Problem
Marvin, a Virginia resident, tried representing himself and lost. After his loss, he turned to me for representation. Marvin had 2 DUIs and a revoked license. He never attended AA. He drank after his last conviction and treatment.
Result
Marvin’s license was restored. We presented the following: a favorable evaluation, negative drug screen, petitioner’s affidavit, 5 supportive letters and a statement from Marvin.
Bottom line
I was able to obtain a clearance from Michigan so that Marvin could obtain a license in Virginia.
