Problem

Drew was seeking a full unrestricted driver’s license. He had successfully driven for over a year with a restricted license and interlock device installed in his car. He had no alcohol violations with his restricted license.

Result

On Drew’s behalf, I submitted a favorable alcohol evaluation along with over 15 additional exhibits. Drew’s interlock final report was perfect, which meant he did not have any alcohol readings on the interlock device.

Bottom line

The hearing officer agreed with our request for a full unrestricted driver’s license.
